标题：Metodología para determinar el tiempo de respuesta de las carreras de ingeniería a las necesidades operativas de la plataforma tecnológica de la industria mexicana
摘要：En México la creación de las carreras de ingeniería ha sido impulsada por la necesidad de formar profesionales para atender, operar y mantener la plataforma tecnológica industrial que ha sido el soporte de su economía a lo largo de los años. El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar una metodología para determinar en forma aproximada el tiempo de respuesta (σR) universitario, entendido como la brecha existente entre el tiempo de demanda de profesionales por parte de la industria nacional (tdi) y el tiempo de creación de las carreras de ingeniería (tcc). Los resultados muestran que los esfuerzos que ha hecho la universidad para responder a las demandas de ingenieros por parte de la sociedad, han sido adecuados y flexibles. La brecha entre los tiempos de demanda y los tiempos de creación de las carreras de ingeniería ha disminuido constantemente a lo largo de los años.
其他摘要：In Mexico the creation of engineering careers have been fostered by the need of professionals capable to attend, operate and maintain the industrial technological platform that has supported the national economy through the years. The objective of this work was to present a methodology for the determination of the universities response time (σR) understood as the gap existing between the time of professionals request (tdi) from the national industry and the time of engineering career creation (tcc). The results show that the university efforts responding to society demand for engineers has been flexible and adequate. The gap between the time of industrial demand and the time of engineer career creation has been diminishing constantly through the years.
