摘要：Purpose of this study is to evaluate open access e-journals in LIS available on Directory of Open AccessJournals (DOAJ). The DOAJ provides access to quality controlled Open access journals. DOAJ is an effectivesource of information for the present day. There is no alternative and substitute to its abundance, utility, andvalue.
