摘要：This paper deals with knowledge management and its need and benefit to R&D organisation. It describe the importance of standard format or guidelines for writing and assigning uniform numbers to technical reports in DRDO. It Ddiscusses in detail the establishment of DRDO Knowledge Repository (KR).
