摘要：Instant runoff ballots record all the voter's preferences rather than just the first as do current ballots. As such, instant nmoff ballots can be used to avoid choosing winners through system quirks. Further, the instant runoff allows eliminating the cost and bother of runoff elections. Opportunities for, and obstacles against, Oklahoma using the instant runoff in municipal and other Oklahoma elections are explored.
