摘要：Six lactic acid bacteria isolated from salmonids and identified as Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis , Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris , Lactobacillus curvatus, Leuconostoc mesenteroides , Lactobacillus sakei and Carnobacterium maltaromaticum were found to inhibit the growth of several Aeromonas species. These results suggest that these strains could be suitable as biological control agents in aquaculture.
