摘要：Las firmas se territorializan teniendo en cuenta la reestructuración productiva, la organización industrial y la localización; éstas (las firmas) son agentes centrales del mercado, eje de las políticas y de la institucionalidad y se caracterizan por una serie de rasgos internos que afectan de modo directo tanto sus decisiones como su distribución espacial. El objetivo de este cuaderno de investigación es analizar una selección de indicadores y variables básicas desde las cuales se plantea la interpretación del surgimiento de fi rmas en sectores productivos y regiones y ofrecer un marco teórico, temático y metodológico en torno al estudio de los sectores industriales y las regiones, dadas sus especificidades y heterogeneidad estructural. La idea es mostrar la relación existente entre la lógica empresarial, las relaciones sociales y el territorio desde la localización espacial de las firmas, el ciclo de vida de las empresas y la organización industrial. Las firmas en el territorio muestran interrelaciones desde la geografía económica; en la búsqueda de alternativas a la visión del desarrollo como crecimiento económico se ha impuesto un cambio de actitud en el que cobran mayor importancia los aspectos territoriales y las formas de gestiones empresariales.
其他摘要：Firms are contextualized in some territory according to their productive rearrangement, the industrial settings and their location; those firms are key agents in the market and the axis of policies and institutionality, distinguished for some internal features affecting directly their decisions, just as its spatial distribution. The main goal pursued with this research paper is to analyze a selection of indicators and basic variables from which an interpretation of the enterprises’ origin in productive sectors and regions is posed, and also offering a theoretical, thematic and methodological frame around the study of industrial sectors and of regions adorning to its peculiarities and structural heterogeneousness. The idea is to show the relationship between the entrepreneurial logic, the social relationships and the territory, regarded since their location in the space, their life-cycle, and their industrial arrangement. Firms in territory show interrelations since the economic geography; in the quest of alternatives to the conception of development as economic growth, a change of mind is imposed, in which territorial aspects and entrepreneurial management acquire every time more importance.
