摘要：En este artículo se aborda en tres pasos el asunto de una reforma de la educación superior en Colombia: (i) se presentará la relación entre universidad y autonomía, (ii) luego se desarrolla la relación entre la investigación y la docencia y, (iii) se mostrará la importancia del humanismo en la formación universitaria. La idea central del artículo es que se requiere una reestructuración de la educación superior en la que se conformen modelos educativos que desarrollen un nuevo proyecto de educación superior para el país en el cual se articule un sistema universitario orientado a la producción de conocimiento con subsistemas regionales de educación superior que den respuesta a la educación de un país de regiones.
其他摘要：This article addresses the issue of higher education reform in three steps: (i) the relationship between the university and autonomy, (ii) the relationship between research and teaching (iii) the importance of humanism in university education. The thrust of the article is that a restructuring of higher education is needed; one in which new educational models are shaped so that they can help us to develop a new project of higher education for the country. This new system should be routed toward the production of knowledge with regional subsystems of higher education that responds to the education of a country with different regions.
