摘要:Safety production is an everlasting topic of enterprises, and a sound and safe production environment is the basis for enterprises to survive, develop and expand; therefore, monitoring of dangerous source and decision-making of emergency rescue becomes the top priority in creating a sound and safe production environment. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the C/S and B/S structure, this thesis proposes the concept of dangerous source’s monitoring & management and emergency rescue decision-making support system which is based on the computer, network, database and GIS technologies. It also further analyzes and researches the system structure, network topology, safety strategy and other matters which construct this system. This system can predict and prevent the accidents and provide important reference for rescue decision-making when accidents happen.
