摘要:Screed is the main working component device in a paver, it plays a very important role in the quality of construction regardless its performance is good or not. This study analyzes the paver screed’s dynamic characteristics and calculates its natural frequency and natural mode of vibration based on finite element technology. Modification method proved to have optimized the screed structure. The results show that the more the screed’s structural strength is increased the more the natural frequency of bending and torsional deformation is enhanced. The mode frequency is greater than the working frequency (50Hz), which means that the screed structure can avoid resonance effectively and improve the quality of road paving
