摘要：This paper presents virtual machines resources scheduling algorithm taking into computing capacity of processing elements and consideration their computational complexity. We apply the improved particle swarm optimization to solve virtual machines resources scheduling problem. The experiments show that the improved algorithms can provide effective solutions that the original algorithm can not provide on cloud systems.
