摘要：Objectives. With the purpose of facilitating contact between patients and the doctors at the clinic a system for e-mail contact was developed. A system for evaluation is integrated in the software. Method. Dialogue between the authors and Dansk Telemedicin A/S, a firm specialized in web-based telemedicine. Results.
