摘要:This is a clipping of the research that is tied with the Line of Research Speech and Practical Educative, of the Program of After-Graduation - Master’s Degree in Education FURB. The subject is the Formation of Teachers, focusing the senses of the teaching profession in the teacher’s voice. The main objective is to understand, in the teacher’s voice, the directions of the constitution of its profession. The research presents a qualitative character, with boarding phenomenologicalhermeneutics and the first collections of data, from a project pilot had been carried through with professors of the region of the AMVALI (Association of the Cities of the Valley of the Itapocu), through individual interviews and narratives. The theoretical base is Bakhtin, in the question of the articulation, when he appears the other as model and reference of the practical professors, becoming to reflect on the alterity concept. Tardif helps to understand to know professors and its different spaces and times to them, interlaced to the different knowledge that appear in the social and cultural relations. Baumann sends the question of the professional identity, evidencing the importance of the process in the constitution of the identity. The initial data point some regularities, attributing some directions: the "other" is essential in the constitution of the teaching identity, the different ones to know professors contributes for the process of teacher professionalization. One perceived that it is in the relations with the others and its different ones to know and knowledge, contextualized in different times and spaces that the teaching constitution emerges.
