摘要:We discussed in this text, the relevance of the training grounds for the search of the teacher. We believed that the experience with the practice of teaching can be excellent tool for the formation of a professional teaching committed to promoting the development of the student. Searching the practice of teaching in the training of new teachers, we emphasizing the role that the principles of research and aesthetic training can offer like elements for the teacher. The present study is part of a larger study, whose object is the investigation of the aesthetic development of teachers and students. For this crop, we analyzed data collected over two academic semesters, along with a group of 17 students of the course of pedagogy, in the discipline of the Practice of Teaching. Since the beginning of activities, the students were aware that they are part of a larger study and they agreed to enter into the dynamics of research in the dual role of individuals and players. They were developed conjunction with teaching the principles of intervention research. Data presented and discussed here refer to records compiled from the coaching sessions of the projects in practice, observation of the interventions of the students, discussions in the classroom and analysis of the memorial prepared by students. It is in this context of research that we discuss the formation of teacher knowledge, identifying whether the practice of research combined with a training is an aesthetic skills necessary for teacher training. We believe that the life experiences of research can contribute effectively to the teachers develop an provocative and questioning attitude.
