摘要：This is a review of the book based on the proceedings of the 2007s pre-conference panel entitled “The Policy-Making Process in Federal Systems.” Panelists from six countries identified some common patterns and differences in the roles of policy advisers from an international perspective. The book provides insights on the politics of policy advising but is weak in providing an insider's view on how governments treat policy advice.
