摘要:One of the most important developments currently taking place in capitalist societies is a restructuring of work, whereby changing processes of production, changing locations of production, changing job definitions and requirements, and changing relations between workers and managers at the point of production are all issuing a profound challenge to long-established patterns of working class organization and representation. In this presentation I shall to try to place this development in a general context and to contribute to a discussion of appropriate labour strategies in the face of it.
