摘要：The Canadian Labour Congress Mid-Term Conference, Building the Movement – Unions on the Move, was a welcome undertaking by the CLC for unions and organizers. The panellists were stimulating and controversial. The atmosphere was upbeat despite the challenges and difficulties unions have faced over the last decade. The enthusiasm and exuberance of youth and the encouraging shift away from the corporate agenda reported in the Vector Poll Canadians Talk About Unions gave the conference an overall air of optimism.1
