| 期刊简介： | Electoral studies constitute a significant sphere of research in social sciences, making specific demands on researchers as well as on published texts. Unlike other topics, it requires a higher degree of operating with tables, graphs, schemes, figures, and other elements that increase publishers’ input costs. On the other hand, accommodating to limited technical possibilities can reduce the scope and depth of published articles. A possible solution is in publishing magazines that considerably or exclusively specialise in electoral topics. We don’t have a periodical focused on these topics in the Czech Republic yet, although the community of researchers is growing, as is the number of publications dealing with elections and related topics. The aim of our magazine, European Electoral Studies, is to provide this community, including authors from abroad, with scope that will be limited by a minimum of technical constraints, and that will also allow presenting the latest research results in concentrated form. |
