期刊简介: | Unbound is an online journal of the legal left at Harvard Law School and also the community of left-affiliated students, professors, and practitioners who publish it. Unbound’s central project is to stake out a space for left legal work that incorporates both new politics and new critical theory, while maintaining both systemic critique and productive self-interrogation. In recent years, Unbound editors have published articles concerning international law, sexuality, immigration, race, and economics. Unbound has hosted a major symposium on resistance and the law, and conferences such as “This Land is Your Land: Remaking Property After Neoliberalism” and “A Logic From Hell: Fundamental Critiques of Punishment.” |
