| 期刊简介： | Bocconi Legal Papers is a project sponsored by Bocconi School of Law of Milan Italy, and is published by a group of students and recent law graduates belonging to the same institution, under the supervision of several faculty advisors. It is also the continuation of the Italian Legal Scholarship Unbound Working Paper Series (ISSN 1973-9303).
Members of the Editorial Board perform a review of the submitted papers as to their substance, with particular attention to the articles’ internal coherence and logical flow (a more detailed discussion of the merits of such review is contained in the Authors page). Editors also handle the formatting and archiving of submissions. |
