| 期刊简介： | DIVERSITAS PERSPECTIVES IN PSYCHOLOGY is a six-monthly journal, edited in Bogotá Colombia, at Psychology Faculty of Santo Tomás University, first Colombian University, founded by Dominican Priests in July of 1580.
Journal offers a wide variety of issues and perspectives, following multi-paradigmatic and pluralist psychological readings of social and individual development phenomena in different action settings.
DIVERSITAS publishes unpublished papers which can be scientific research papers (research projects outcomes), reflection papers about original subjects related to research, review papers that summarize research results (at least 50 references are required), short papers presenting preliminary research reports, case studies and reports, non research related reflections, controversial paper (papers analysing other authors' papers and replies to the controversial papers), interviews, replica, among others.
Scientific committee comprises by 34 members and national and international referees devoted to the papers evaluation.
Diversitas will be a well known scientific journal by the national and international academic community and will be included in the most important international data bases and at least in one indexation system.
Publishing is the visibility axis of scientific, academic, pedagogical and humanistic production made at the University and permanently, University finds academic and non academic community by means of publishing. For that reason, the university's aim of knowledge production is the artefacts and settings development showing that knowledge. Those artefacts and settings ensure one element of the returning rate of the research and development investments.
Scientific development indicators are related to publishing and the publishing system has produced a set of rules that allow its impact and quality assessment. Therefore, assessing the publishing investment impact implies the development of indicators reporting critical elements of publishing: editing, production, distribution, indexation, trading, among others. For that reason, developing a serial publication is a strategical decision in the long term, which is a key instrument in the knowledge production and visibility. Therefore, publishing requires an institutional commitment due both the indexation systems and data bases requirements and quality controls demanded by the scientific communities. |
